APPOINTMENTS

Appointments must be booked over the phone, in-person, or online and we require a valid credit card to be kept on file to hold your reservation. Please arrive on time for your appointment to ensure that you receive your full service.

 

CANCELLATIONS

We reserve your appointment time especially for you, but we understand that sometimes you need to cancel - and we’re happy to reschedule at your earliest convenience. We require a 24-hour notice for cancellations; failure to provide at least a 24-hour notice will result in a full charge of the services booked. "No Shows" will also result in a full service charge.

 

SPECIAL CHEMICAL SERVICES

Prior to your service, you’ll need to reserve a consultation; your stylist will determine the price for services based on that meeting, and help you book your appointment. At that time, we ask for a 50% payment, which is applied to the total price. Keratin treatment appointments take a few hours, so we have a 48-hour cancellation policy; cancellations within 48 hours or “no shows” will forfeit their deposit.

 

GRATUITY

Tipping is at your discretion. We accept cash only for tips in salon.

 

METHODS OF PAYMENT

We accept cash, credit (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover) and Apple Pay.

 

GIFT CERTIFICATES

We sell gift certificates at the salon, and they make great gifts! Purchase one for someone you love and we’ll mail it directly to them. Gift certificates do not include gratuity.

 

PARKING

Please allow 15 minutes before your appointment time. Metered parking is available on Armitage; side street parking is zoned, but open to non-zoned vehicles from 6am to 6pm.

 

CHILDREN

We love children…some of us even have a few! However, we ask that you make child care arrangements so you (and our other guests) can enjoy worry-free pampering time while at the salon. Thank you for respecting our policy. (One exception: Children 12+ may receive services at Trianon.)

 

PEACEFUL ENVIRONMENT

For ultimate relaxation (for you and the rest of our guests) please put your phone on vibrate or off while at the salon.

 

PETS

The State Board of Cosmetology and the City of Chicago Department of Business Affairs and Consumer Protection have rules and regulations stating that no animals are allowed in a salon at any time. Certified service dogs are the only exception.
